It is a comfortable base for parents dropping off first-years, families in town for graduation, and visiting lecturers and examiners.

Graduation week is busy, so book early. Each of our five cottages sleeps 6, which means grandparents, parents and the graduate can all stay together and still have their own space. Every cottage has its own entrance, a fully fitted kitchen and an open-plan lounge, so you can celebrate with a braai on the patio rather than queue for a restaurant table. Free Wi-Fi and a quiet setting suit anyone preparing a presentation, marking or studying. A lock-up garage keeps your car safe.

De Keurboom has been family-run since 1996, and we enjoy being part of a family’s big day. If you are moving a student in, you will find Zevenwacht Mall 3 km from us, and the Tyger Valley and Willowbridge shopping centres about 8 km away for everything a new res room needs. The University of Stellenbosch is also about 20 minutes away if you are touring campuses, and Cape Town International Airport is about 20 minutes for relatives flying in.
