Looking for accommodation near Stellenbosch without Stellenbosch prices? De Keurboom Guesthouse is self-catering accommodation in Kuils River, about 25 minutes’ drive from the oak-lined streets of Stellenbosch. We sit at the foot of the Bottelary Hills, the gateway to the Stellenbosch and Bottelary wine routes.
You do not have to go far for your first tasting. Zevenwacht Wine Estate is just 3 km from our gate, and Hazendal and the Bottelary wine farms are close by for tastings, restaurants and tea gardens. Spend the day in the Winelands, then come home to your own cottage, light the braai on the patio and enjoy a quiet evening in the garden. When you want the city, Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront are about 30 minutes the other way, and the beach about 35.
Each of our five cottages sleeps 6, which works well for families and friends travelling together. Every cottage has a fully fitted kitchen, an indoor braai, DStv, free Wi-Fi and secure parking. Our Luxury cottages add air-conditioning and a dishwasher, and our Standard cottages are comfortable and great value. Breakfast and dinner are available by arrangement, apart from 16 December to 9 January, when the kitchen is closed.
If you have packed your golf clubs, Kuils River Golf Club is about 5 km away, and Cape Town International Airport is about 20 minutes, so arriving and leaving is easy.
