Where is De Keurboom Guesthouse?
De Keurboom Guesthouse is at 30 Keurboom Ave, Amandelrug, Kuils River, in Cape Town’s northern suburbs. We are about 15 km from Cape Town International Airport, roughly a 20 minute drive.
Is De Keurboom close to Brackengate Business Park?
Yes. Brackengate Business Park 1 and 2 are a short drive from the guesthouse, which makes us a convenient base for business travellers and contract workers.
Is there accommodation near Saxenburg Business Park?
Yes. De Keurboom is conveniently located near Saxenburg Business Park 1 and 2, with secure parking and self-catering cottages suited to longer stays.
Are you close to wine estates?
Yes. Zevenwacht Wine Estate is only 3 km away, and the Bottelary wine farms are close by on one of Cape Town’s well-known wine routes.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel 28 days or more before arrival, your full deposit is refunded. Between 15 and 28 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Within 14 days of arrival, the full payment is due. See our house rules for details.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes. We charge a R800 cleaning and breakage deposit per cottage, which is refunded if the cottage is left in a satisfactory state.
Does De Keurboom allow pets?
No. De Keurboom is not pet friendly, so we cannot accept pets.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 10:00. Earlier or later times can be arranged. We do not check guests in on Christmas Day.
Do you accommodate business travellers?
Yes. We regularly host business travellers and contract workers from nearby companies, including Ackermans Head Office and the Cape Teaching and Leadership Institute.
